Troubleshooting your login

If you are locked out of your account after multiple failed login attempts, a temporary lock is in place for security. This lock typically lifts within subject to verification. If the lock persists, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Keep your account secure: Never share your password with anyone. sayu staff will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Always log in from a secure device and connection, and log out when you are finished.
